		Contingency Deputy HL Teceangl Bach d-sen(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Assists the Seneschal with specific projects as delegated.
		Directory Deputy Lady Iuliana de la Sara directory(AT) dragonsmist(DOT)org		Compiles and maintains a listing of members of the Shire and friends from the surrounding area for use by Society participants.
		Explorer HL Teceangl Bach explorer(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Explorer finds potential sites for branch activities, and assists Event Stewards with maps and directions.
		Captain of the Dragon’s Watch Johannes Konradsson		The Captain of the Dragon's Watch is responsible for organizing and running the fire watch and parking at Shire events.
		Revels Coordinator Johannes Konradsson revels(AT) dragonsmist(DOT)org		Revels coordinator is resposible for activities relating to the official shire event called "revels" held on a weekly basis.
	Pursuivant (Herald)	Lady Gwenliana Clutterbook pursuivant(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)orge		Heralds make announcements, handle court and ceremony, track awards, and assist in the process of registering the names and devices of branch members.
		Contingency Deputy Lady Havoise de Rohan		Assists the Pursuivant with specific projects as delegated.
		Scribe HL Matilda Beresford scribe(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Scribes create, copy and paint scrolls and charters for recognition by Royalty, Nobles and the Shire. Using age-old techniques they beautify our experience of the Current Middle Ages.
		Consulting Deputy HL Teceangl Bach (see deputy seneschal email)		Assists the Precedence Clerk with specific projects as delegated.
	Exchequer	Magdelena Suarez exchequer(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Exchequer is responsible for the handling of all Society funds within the branch.
		Chamberlain Lady Claire de Burge		The Chamberlain maintains, stores and keeps an inventory of branch property and regalia.
		Prize Cache Lady Lisette De La Rose prizecache(at)dragonsmist(dot)org		Maintains a collection of prizes to be handed out at Branch events for competition prizes and recognition.
	Marshal	Lord Nicolai Rabenis Von Tachov marshal(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Marshal maintains and develops combat standards in the branch, and furthers education and enforcement of safe combat. The Marshal may have deputies for various combat forms.
		Rapier Deputy Marshal HL Fionnabhair inghean Donnchaigh Guthrie rapier(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Rapier Marshal is responsible for maintenance and development of rapier combat standards in the branch, and the education and enforcement of safe rapier combat.
		Youth Armored Combat Deputy Marshal – Position Open y-marshal(AT) dragonsmist(DOT)org		Promotes safe youth combat training.
		Archery Deputy Marshal Drogo Bowflinger archdepmarsh(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Archery Marshal oversees both combat and unarmored archery standards in the branch, education and enforcement of safe archery.
		Youth Archery Deputy Marshal Alessandra de Barbuzza y-archmarsh(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Archery Marshal oversees Youth Archery standards in the branch, education and enforcement of safe archery among the youth of the branch and area.
		Lists Mistress Lady Iuliana de la Sara lists(AT)dragonsmist.org		The Lists Minister confirms that all combatants and marshals have fighter authorization cards, arranges and records the pairing of fighters at tournaments and demonstrations, compiles a roster of fighters and marshals in their area with notes on the qualifications of each, sees that combat waivers are brought to and used at all functions involving Society combat, and works with the marshals and heralds to ensure smoothly run tournaments.
		Water Bearer Lady Lisette De La Rose water(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Waterbearers keep combatants, officers, and spectators from dehydration by supplying them with water during events.
	Minister of Arts & Sciences	Master Refr orðlokarr Fiachson art-sci(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Arts and Sciences Ministers help Society members in their endeavors by being a resource, arranging for classes, and holding competitions to inspire interest in artistic and scientific pursuits

		Dance Minister HL Slaine inghean ui Maille dance(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Organizes dance practices and promotes the art of dancing.
	Chronicler	Anastasia Komnene chronicler(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		The branch chronicler is responsible for keeping minutes of the branch business meetings and for publishing the shire newsletter, which includes the minutes, officers' contact information, the site for the next business meeting and notes on local area meetings and practices for other purposes, local area event copy, and, when space permits, articles, humor, recipes, etc. Articles, artwork, recipes, humorous tidbits, odd facts and other such things for "The Dragon's Tongue" are earnestly solicited by the Chronicler.
		Research and Photo Acquisitions Lady Lisette De La Rose (see water bearers email)		Assists the Chronicler with specific projects as delegated.
		Keeper of the Grete Boke Señor José Cabrera de Castilla gretebook(AT) dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Keeper of the Grete Boke maintains the history of the branch.
		Librarian Kurios Andronikos Belisariou librarian(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Assists the Chronicler with specific projects as delegated.
		Web Minister Lady Cara Donata da Fortuna web(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Maintains the Shire website.
	Chatelaine	Lady Lisette De La Rose chatelaine(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Chatelaines provide an introduction to the Current Middle Ages to new and prospective members, advising newcomers of the conventions of the Society, their Kingdom and branch, encouraging participation. They also provide educational information such as hand-outs, booklets and other materials.

		Demo Coordinator Position Open demo(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Organizes demonstrations for the public, and assists with publicity.
		Keeper of the Gold Key Lady Maggie MacGregor goldkey(AT) dragonsmist(DOT)org		The Office of The Gold Key maintains a collection of clothing, accessories and feast gear owned by the Shire to loan to guests and new members
	Chirurgeon	HL Christopher macFrederick Guthrie chirurgeon(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Chirurgeons provide voluntary first aid at Society events. They also notify attendees of health and safety concerns at events. No branch is required to have a Chirurgeon, however, having at least one chirurgeon at an event is greatly appreciated.
	Minister of Children	Lady Esmé de Blacwatyr children(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Leads activities for youth in the Shire, working with the Preceptor of Pages and the Pied Piper.
		Pied Piper Lady Esmé de Blacwatyr p-piper(AT)dragonsmist(DOT)org		Branch Pied Pipers are responsible for organizing younger children's activities at Society events.
